Develop an AI-powered assistant to answer questions about employee recruitment
The Challenge
Develop an AI-based solution that gives employees of the Defence Group easy and reliable access to information about employment at any time.
Working hours, holidays, pensions and internal processes – these topics affect all employees. Today, however, the relevant information is spread across different systems, documents and services. This makes access difficult and creates additional work for HR teams.
This challenge aims to change that. The goal is to develop a user-friendly digital assistant for the Defence Group that is available at all times, centralises HR knowledge and makes it accessible in natural language. Employees receive clear answers quickly, while HR teams are relieved of some of their workload.
As an Innovation Fellow, you will design and develop an AI-supported solution. You will review and evaluate suitable AI technologies and existing technical conditions, while clarifying data protection, security and compliance requirements in the process. You will also compare different approaches and assess the feasibility, scalability and maintainability of the solution.
